I am a Walking Dead fan, started with the comics, now enjoy the tv series and even broke down and played the social game on facebook which is one of the few gaming commandments I broke for myself (yes I have my own set of gaming commandments and the major one is thou show not play Ville games, or any Zynga games!!) Seriously my love of this zombie series allowed me to forgo my rampant hatred of Facebook games which spam people with "hey look at my achievement" To "I am sending you a sheep send me this back!"
So yeah it was a big step for me to venture into that mine field to play the game but it was not un-enjoyable in fact I had some fun. I don't currently play it right now due to time commitments but I do enjoy another Walking Dead game from Tell Tale games. So far I am half way threw episode 3 and I can tell you the way I jump at revelations, the amount of care I put into choices I make interacting with characters. And the total immersion I feel playing this game has put it up there with some of my classic favorites. Once I finish 1-4 as a good guy siding with Kenny, I think I am going to go back and be a complete utter bastard who tries to redeem Lilly even though I hate her for good reasons (don't want to spoil to much but trust me that bitch needs a bullet between her eyes).
So this weekend after I get my raiding and DDO fill (got to get my wizard back up to 20+ and re-flagged for all the available raids) I think I am going to finish Lee's journey up to where it leaves off and anticipate episode 5. I am honestly shocked at how awesome this game has been, and next time I talk about it maybe i'll take a moment from immersion and actually take screen caps x_x *wah wah* lol.
